Practice Management

Both in-house and in the field, our Business Development staff provides a wide variety of resources, tools, and programs to support you in building a more efficient and effective business as you grow.

Advisory Boards

Two advisory boards, comprised of advisors and sales assistants, provide a forum for dialogue on strategic initiatives in order to maintain clear and open communication between ProEquities and its advisors. These groups create a mechanism to obtain feedback from the field on what matters most. Discussions revolve around ProEquities’ strategy, technology initiatives, overall marketing message, business operations, and services.

Succession and Continuity Planning

As an independent business owner, succession and continuity planning are critical. You have developed your client base over many years, now let us help you preserve your legacy. If you don’t have a continuity plan, we can help design one for your business that protects what you have built.

We can help you monetize your practice.

Practice Acquisition

If you’re an advisor who is challenged with finding the right partners, we can help you prepare your business for the transition. If you’re an advisor who is positioned for growth, our team can work with you to facilitate the purchase of another practice.

Small Business Consulting Services

Our in-house team provides small-business consulting services and ongoing accountability coaching to improve practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. Our engagement focuses on refining a personalized plan to address areas of business opportunity and helping you achieve your business goals — in the near future and long term.

Women's Networking Forum

Quarterly networking sessions are facilitated virtually with 100+ female advisors from our nationwide community. Advisors discuss topics such as client acquisitions, retention and succession planning, including information particularly pertinent to female advisors at all stages in their careers.
